The platform we'll be using and you'll absolutely adore is Squarespace (version 7.1). It's very intuitive and you'll be able to easily update your content whenever you want, no tech skills needed!

The design process itself takes 3 weeks. Before we start, you’ll do some prep work — gathering your website content (text and photos/images) and filling in a questionnaire I’ll send you. I’ll also share a guide to help you with the text. I recommend leaving 1–2 weeks for that pre-design step, so everything runs smoothly.

Yes! SEO essentials are included in every project, so your site is set up to be discoverable by Google and potential clients.

You know your business better than anyone, so I’ll ask for your input first. I’ll send you a guide to help you share what matters most. From there, I’ll organize everything into clear website copy that flows naturally across your pages. If writing feels overwhelming, you can also outsource it to a copywriter instead.

Please note: you’re responsible for providing any content for legal pages (like a Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions etc.) as well as blog posts if you plan to blog.

You’re responsible for providing all imagery before we officially kick off the project. I always recommend that business owners use their own quality photos. This is SO important, especially for personal brands. Work with a professional photographer if possible. However, if a photoshoot isn't an option right now, stock photos are a good alternative.

Nope! If you don’t have branding, I’ll help with essentials like fonts and colors so your site still feels cohesive.

You’ll purchase your Squarespace subscription and domain name directly from Squarespace. I’ll walk you through the steps — it’s super simple.

• Email marketing services

• Content for legal pages like Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, etc.

To publish your website you'll need a Squarespace subscription plan and a domain name, these are essential costs. The rest are optional costs and not every project needs these extras, but I’d like to make you aware upfront so there are no surprises.

You can pay the full amount upfront, or split it into two parts — 50% at booking to reserve your project slot, and the remaining 50% on the planned project end date or when the design is complete (whichever comes first).
