Welcome to Wild Berry Studio (www.wildberry.studio), owned and operated by Gergana Atanasova, a freelance brand and website designer based in Bulgaria. These Terms and Conditions (also known as Terms of Service or Terms of Use) outline the rules for using our website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is a portfolio website showcasing design work, services, and a contact form for inquiries. We do not sell products or services directly here, but you may inquire about freelance projects.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as viewing our portfolio, learning about services, and contacting us. You must:

  • Not use the site for illegal activities.

  • Not interfere with the site's operation, such as hacking or overloading it.

If you hire us for a project, ownership of deliverables will be governed by a separate agreement.

Inquiries and Client Relationships

Using the contact form or booking a consultation via Calendly does not create a client-designer relationship. No agreement exists until we both sign a separate contract outlining project terms, fees, and deliverables. Consultations are free and non-binding.

No Guarantees

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Services described are general; actual results depend on project specifics. We are not liable for decisions based on site information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gergana Atanasova and Wildberry Studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to €100 or the amount you paid us (if any). This applies even if advised of potential damages.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked here (e.g., Calendly, Google).

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Bulgarian courts in Sofia. You agree to this jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We'll post changes here.
